Join us and Chester Osborn, fourth generation family member and Chief Winemaker for d’Arenberg, for a great spring meal paired with 5 of their diverse and delightful wines. One of the most significant wineries in McLaren Vale, d’Arenberg was established in 1912 when Joseph Osborn, sold his stable of prize winning race horses to purchase the property that now houses the winery. As usual, chef’s Alec Schuler and Sven Hedenas had lots of inspirited fun creating the seasonal paired menu, using mostly Boulder County and Colorado ingredients, while keeping the menu balanced and diverse.
The cost is $50/person for dinner, with an additional $39/person for the wines (+ tax and tip).
Reservations are required. Please call 303.443.5100.
