Join us at Arugula as we proudly present this paired beer dinner with one of Colorado craft beer kings. Chefs Alec Schuler and Sven Hedenas created this menu selecting 5 big, bold, delicious and food friendly beers from Avery’s extensive and eclectic offerings. One of Avery’s local beer experts, Scott Goodchild, will be one hand and share his vast knowledge on all things Avery!
Where: Arugula (2785 Iris Avenue, Boulder)
Cost: $79/person (includes 5-course menu and all beer pairings (+ tax and tip). Breakdown: $50 for the meal and $29 for the beer pairing.

Roasted NY strip steak, green peppercorn cream sauce and new potatoes; topped with pan fried squash blossom and fresh scallions
Samael’s, Oak Aged Strong Ale
Vanilla pound cake, butterscotch ice cream, bourbon-blackberry sauce
Vanilla Bean Stout, Bourbon Barrel-Aged Stout

Each pour will be about 4 ounces, with top ups for those who desire it. Exception: El Gose will be 6 ounces.
